Nana & David “Darkie” are born dancers that have experienced a variety of different dance cultures and fuse their knowledge to create their own styles. Both started dancing at the age of 2 and started their dancing careers at an early age.

Darkie started touring the world with artists like Kirk Franklin while Nana directed her own dance teams for national and international dance competitions already at the age of 12.

Darkie & Nana found each other through dance and are creating more and more beautiful fusions the world is waiting for to see, while they tour through Europe and the USA to teach Hip Hop, Island Fusion, Jawaiian Jam, Island Cardio and Cardio Hip Hop classes.

During their time in San Diego their dance team The NuEra Crew which they both founded and directed was known for its unique fusion of global dance styles and always surprised the audience being rewarded with standing ovations!

In 2020 Nana & Darkie moved to Hawai’i and dedicated their lives to a more holistic educational path and are now inspiring others globally to become healthier not only through dance but superior hydration and holistic self healing treatments.

Drake & Nana's Cardio Dance Party is a 90 minute cardio class focusing on repetitive movement while fusing musical rhythms & choreographed dance moves to create a dynamic 500+ calorie burning workout that’s designed for fun—and an endorphin-packed workout!

Beginning: A great place to start if you're interested in a new dance style or have never taken dance classes before. You will be taken through the basic elements of dance, step by step, so you will have a better understanding of the movement and eventually be ready for the next level of classes. This may include rhythm, counting, body isolations, placement, repetition of movements, applying foundational knowledge into dance combinations & common vocabulary.

Cardio Classes focus on providing a workout while having fun dancing to a specific style such as Hip Hop. Although these classes are for all levels of dancers and fitness enthusiasts, they are a great place to start for the novice dancer
