Strength & Stretch

Strength and Stretch includes a full warm up and body check in, elements of weight training, massage techniques, Kung Fu and stretching for dancers. These techniques combined will give you a foundation of having a strong and flexible body to live a healthy lifestyle. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, water and a towel.

Open Level:
All Levels are welcome to participate in class: Beginning, Beg/Int, Intermediate, Int/Adv, and Advanced
